10am to 4pm.
Visit us at 4 Lewis Drive, Castlemaine, Victoria. Just follow the green A-frame signs down Lewis Drive, and you'll find us in the first big shed of the Salvage Yard.

We're a little tricky to find, but once you do, you'll discover The Good Op Shop, a treasure trove of second hand delights!
All our stock is donated, with new stuff arriving every day.
Explore high-quality clothes, shoes, books, toys, bric-a-brac, material, craft supplies, puzzles, games, DVDs, CDs, records, and more!

We love nature. And we are so into sustainability. Our profits go to local and not-so-local conservation organisations.
We have proudly supported local Landcare groups, the Bob Brown Foundation, Turtles Australia, BirdLife Australia, Marine Conservation Society, Platypus Conservancy, Aussie Ark, Northern Plains Grasslands and we also run our own Upcycling Award each year to promote reuse and repair.
We also support local community initiatives, such as, Castlemaine Pride to run a cat walk, local schools to buy equipment and The Good Coat drive in winter with the Maldon and surrounds Bendigo Community Bank.

We love our local community and try and get behind as many local projects as we can. If you have an idea, come in for a chat or send us an email. We run a young persons upcycled fashion parade, Upcycling Award, have a second hand model for a year, and more.

Victoria, we’ve already returned over a billion containers, but it’s time to take the next leap. Boomerang Alliance are joining the call to double the refund to 20c! The current 10c refund has been the standard for nearly two decades, and with the cost of living rising, it’s time the reward for doing the right thing rose too. A 20c refund isn’t just a win for your wallet; it’s a win for our streets, our local clubs, and our planet.
